Welcome to my world!  You perfectly described the leadership at our staff meetings, and it so well explains why staff members have become so resistant to interact.  It&#039;s interesting (and sad) to watch on a week to week basis how different individuals react to the frustration to extremes and seemingly directionless leadership.   I&#039;ve gone thru weeks of frustration, disconnection and amazement.  

Good on you for IDing the damaging effects of drama-driven leadership!</description>
