I believe most organizations don&#039;t got through the process you described possibly because we don&#039;t spend enough time with the Father to determine where He is leading our organization and therefore what type of leader we need. I also like how we hire at Pinecrest.  It&#039;s long.  It&#039;s a grind and it takes a concerted effort by a truck load of people - 

but it&#039;s geared and designed to hire the best fit for the long term.  After all the other interviews and processes I&#039;ve gone through - yes, any hire is a gamble on one level - I think we&#039;ve get some things in place that at the very least we do due diligence.</description>
