If you&#039;re Methodist, you&#039;re called when the bishop sends you there.

If you&#039;re Presbyterian, the you&#039;re called when your inward calling is sustained by an outward calling of a particular church.

If you&#039;re Baptist, you&#039;re called when they get the salary package right.</description>
