I just put up the Fast Track theme and made a links page template for it. You can see the result at http://www.steelerdirtfreak.com/links/

If that looks like anything you want, let me know and I’ll email that page template to you.

If you could, let me know when you have checked it out, as I’ll probably switch back to my other theme.

OK, that didn’t work exactly right…

here is what I put where content would be, minus the php brackets:
php get_links_list();

And at the top of the page:
/*
Template Name: Links Page
*/
?>

What I do on all of my sites is to just make a new links page template…I copy the single page template, rename it, and then in the area where a post or content would normally go, I just put in

(without the extra spaces, of course)

Make sure you use this at the top of your template:

And then, if you want to manually control the order in which your links display, you can grab the My Link Order plugin – http://www.geekyweekly.com/mylinkorder

Okay, jerry…I’m pretty savvy with WP but I couldn’t find a links page with connection.

I have one that I used with minima plus but I don’t like the layout.
