I’m working my way through this one myself. Thanks for the thought. Karen used to say that I would analyze a thing to death when all I wanted to do was make sure it wasn’t me and it was God. Karen had a great come back, “Where do you think the desire comes from?”

STINK! I’m supposed to be the “spiritually mature” one in our relationship – I mean, I’m the one who went to seminary, right?

I’m trying to figure out how we have managed to blog about the same topic (i.e. What do you want? Mine is called “The Shoulds, The Have-to’s and the Want-to’s”), on the same day, using the same Scripture, basically in the same way.
Separated at birth, maybe?

My daughter had a tough time deciding where to go to college. She was offered a full scholarship to a school she liked. She was offered nothing to the school she loved. She ended up chosing the latter. A big ouch for the finances, but I don’t doubt she made the right decision.
