		<description>I couldn&#039;t have written a better e-mail myself --for those reading, no, I didn&#039;t write the one in the blog above.  In fact, in my journal I noted the way I really liked the fact we got to practice what was preached. I&#039;m not opposed to the thought of all services having some degree of this sort of interaction.  I think it would stretch both the body and the leadership.  LOL, of course, it might run some of them off!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Keep on, Grant!</description>
