Thank you, Grant and thank you members of the academy. I would also like to thank all the little people that helped me get here. It’s been a long, hard, lonely walk to reach this point, and there are plenty of people I’ve stepped on and left in the dust to get here that I must thank. Oh, and I’d like to thank mom and dad because without them, I would not be here…literally, I would not be here…you don’t get it, do you? Anyway, I am happy to accept this award and am honored to be the first. I’m sure, however, that there will be MANY more to come. Again, thank you, Grant and thanks to the academy for this great honor.
